What is your primary style?

"We typically shoot in a photojournalistic style. Our goal is to capture the emotions o fthe day. By documenting the events of the most important day of your life, your photos will be able to tell a story and express all the emotions being felt that day by all. They are not just photographs...they are memories to last you a lifetime."

I love candids! But my fiance' likes the traditional poses. Do you accept "Must Have Photo" lists?

"Yes! Our style is documentary, however...we realize the importance of the traditional posed shots also. 30 Days prior to your wedding, we will send out a photo shoot list, this is where you can record your "must have" photos. While we want to capture all of your formals, we do like to keep it limited. We want to make sure we are available to photograph all the special moments of the day and not miss any extraordinary events."

Do you photograph in digital or film?

"We are completely digital. We feel we can offer our clients that one perfect shot by being able to shoot continuously and see instantly how the image will develop. With digital there are no worries regarding flash, low lighting, now enough film, bad film, etc."

What kind of equipment do you use?

"We shoot with Nikon Professional DSLRs. We come prepared to all weddings with four complete sets of equipment, including numerous lenses, flashes and memory cards."

What types of photos will be taken (black & white, color, antiques, etc.)?

"All photographs are taken in color, then during post production they will be processed into black & white, sepia, and/or black & white enhanced with a touch of color. This depends on the preference of our clients too. The b&w enhanced with color seems to be a favorite!"

How many photographers will be available for my wedding? And is there an extra charge?

"We are a husband and wife team, so there will always be two of us. We feel by providing two photographers it enables us to provide better coverage and give you a high level of personal service that you deserve. No matter what package you choose, you can rest assured that both of us will be there... and at no extra charge."

What happens if you are ill?

"If by chance one of us is ill and cannot make it to your wedding, we guarantee that someone comparable to our style and technique will be taking care of your needs that day. There is no need to worry that you will not get the quality you want and deserve."

Should my event last longer than scheduled, do you stay and is there an extra charge?

"If by chance the event runs over, yes we will stay longer per your request. There is an additional charge of $200.00 per hour."

My venue won't allow any vendors who aren't insured! Do you have liability insurance?

"You can relax...we are fully licensed and insured. There are many venues that request that your vendors carry their own insurance. This is a common request."

Do I get the negatives and will there be a charge for them?

"Once your wedding is complete, Yes...you will receive a high resolution photo CD with all of your completed finished prints. We do not refer to them as negatives since they are finished photographs. We also sign over the "rights to reproduce" these prints for personal use only. We do retain the copyright for adverstising purposes and sale. We believe they are your pictures and you deserve to have them."

What areas do you cover and is there a travel fee?

"We primarily cover all of Delaware and parts of the Tri-state area including...southern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Maryland. Depending on our primary area, a small travel fee may be required if over 60 miles in order to cover gas/mileage and/or hotel."

We love what we see...how do we reserve our date?

"Very simple...contact us! You can reach us by e-mail at info@creativeimagery.org or phone (302) 593-2547. If your date is available, we can then set up an appointment to meet and review the different packages and portfolios available to you.

The next step would be a $200.00 non-refundable deposit along with a signed contract. That is all you need...your date will be reserved! 1/3 of the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your event, the next 1/3 is due 60 days out and the final balance is due 30 days prior to the Big Day! We accept cash, checks, money orders and now credit cards via PayPal. Customized payment options can also be arranged."

Do you have a cancellation and refund policy?

"Yes, we do. Unfortunately as horrible as it might sound, sometimes the event might be called off or postponed for many different reasons. The cancellation policy is as follows:

If the event is cancelled over 90 days prior to the date reserved, you will be entitled to a full refund, less the non-refundable deposit.

If the event is cancelled within 61-90 days prior to the date reserved, you will receive 75% of any balance paid, less the non-refundable deposit.

If the event is cancelled within 31-60 days prior to the date reserved, you will receive 50% of any balance paid, less the non-refundable deposit.

If the event is cancelled within 0-30 days prior to the date reserved, there will be no refund. Unfortunately due to timing, it will be unlikely that the date reserved will be re-booked."
